Amigos Bravos - Friends of the Wild Rivers

Congressman Ben Ray Lujan is accepting applications for the Lujan Leadership Congressional Campaign Fellowship, a free, six-week leadership training program for young people.

This is a rare opportunity for young people to learn, develop, and practice the skills that will enable them to be successful for the rest of their lives in whatever career they choose.

If you know a student or a recent college graduate who has the talent and the desire to lead us into the future, please tell them about this opportunity.

UNM-Taos has offered to set up college credit for any participants in the LLCCF program this summer (including high school students.) If you are currently a student at another college or university, you can likely arrange independent study or political science credit through a professor at your school--or you can arrange to get credit from UNM-Taos with a minimum of paperwork and a very modest tuition fee.

The deadline to apply is April 30th; training begins June 16th, and the program runs until the end of July. During the fellowship period, participants will have flexible hours.
